Terrible company and they are making deformed products

Personal blender purchased and the triton cups were deformed and cannot even stand up on their own. No help from company whatsover. Buyer beware!

Long preparation time

Water takes 16 minutes to reach temp. Then you brew coffee another 3 minutes. I could drive to Starbucks in rush hour traffic and buy a brew faster than this !

User's recommendation: Okay brew if you are willing to wait 20 minutes which I think is excessive for 3 cups of coffee. Kalorik is not upfront and clear with this.

No Warranty

I bought this 8 months ago and it was working well but the valve on the lid kept falling off and finally fell off and was lost. I contacted the company by email and was told that unfortunately their warranty only applied to North America and Canada. We live in Australia !!!

The labels on both of our airfryers have washed away. I don't have the bill of sale for both they were Christmas gifts.

Our kalorik just stop working we have only had about 7 months we don’t know what to do with it

It just stopped working we tryed everything we know about it plug it in too three different plugs we only had it about 7 months so please tell what to do we dont have a computer and we only have cell phones and dont know a lot about them thanks Iris

I had one that lasted 7 months also, after fighting with them for a month, they finally replaced. Here is the kicker, I was told there was a defect in the cord with that particular model number.

I received another unit and guess what that one stopped working after 7 months. They will not replace and have ignored all my e-mails to customer service.

Problem with my toaster oven/air fryer

My complaint is I bought it two years ago now if somebody new was to use it there are no markings as to what is air fry what is bake the doors don't close properly anymore I have to hold one open and push the other one closed and they will stay close together for a little while I've spoken with somebody online and they want to charge me $2 to speak to a technician and I told him I don't have a credit card and no response if you call you're waiting 30 minutes on the on hold

Need an appliance lightbulb air fryer

They have not sent the bulb. This was a gift I will never buy one of their products. I drove all over looking for the bulb NG.

Never received product was refused a refund

1st order just disappeared after 3 days.called placed order again nobody knows where it is.when I look at the order on there website says it was ordered on dec. 20 and shipped on dec. 16...how do you do THAT.tracking says label created on dec.20 it is now jan. 5 and still says label created.REFUSED A REFUND just another rip off
